Salò Art Design guarantees our products to be of excellent quality and we will accept a return or replacement of any product that has not held up to reasonable use of the product. Reasonable use is defined by us as the function of opening or closing the cabinet, drawer, or door by hand; installing of the products with hand screwdriver or power screwdriver on low power setting only; using a power screwdriver on any glass product will void warranty, please install by hand screwdriver only; cleaning of the products with warm water and soft cloth or the provided jute bag in the case of cast bronze products only. The use of chemical cleaners can damage the finish and will void the warranty.
